Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after cutoff times begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Destinations and Costs

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Shipping options, charges, and any free-shipping threshold are displayed before payment at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit time is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided after shipment. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact requests made before fulfillment may be accommodated, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

Please report damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items within 7 days of delivery and retain the packaging. We will review carrier and order records and provide an appropriate resolution when the claim is validated.
